Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, presenting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the building materials and industrial products market is a plus
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
