Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads generated from marketing activities (social media, emailcampaigns, website inquiries) and convert them into sales.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through highly targeted sales outreach, cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Client Consultations: Meet with potential clients to understand their security, IT and renewable energy needs, provide product demonstrations, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to each client’s requirements, highlighting the benefits of our security systems and IT services.
- Quoting & Proposals: Prepare detailed and accurate sales proposals and quotes, working closely with the technical team to ensure all customer requirements are addressed.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and acting as the main point of contact for any follow-up inquiries.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to better position our products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth project handovers and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, preferably in the security systems,IT, or technology sector.
- Lead Generation: Expertise: Experience in lead generation through targeted outreach, including managing qualified leads and executing cold canvassing and emails.
- Lead Conversion Expertise: Experience in following up on marketing-generated leads and successfully converting them into sales.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) and IT solutions (IT Infrastructure, IT support). You don’t need to be an expert, but a strong interest in technology is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in a simple and compelling way
- Customer-focused: Strong ability to understand customer needs, build trust, and offer personalized solutions.
- Goal-oriented: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Networking Skills: Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships, attend local business events, and generate leads.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, email, and social media for sales outreach and follow-up.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not required): Ability to travel to client locations and networking events when required.
