Sales Representative - Hvac Department

Nesstra Ghana Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our range of air conditioning systems and other HVAC solutions. We are looking for someone with experience in selling air conditioning units or a background in mechanical engineering with sales experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Actively engage with customers to promote and sell air conditioning systems and related HVAC solutions. 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet their HVAC needs and ensure repeat business. 
• Provide technical advice and support to customers to assist them in selecting the right products. 
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals. 
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the HVAC market. 
• Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure proper installation and customer satisfaction. 
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitors’ offerings. 

 Qualifications: 

• Preferred experience in selling air conditioning systems and HVAC solutions. 
• **OR** a degree in **Mechanical Engineering** with relevant sales experience. 
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and HVAC products. 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. 
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills. 
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and closing sales opportunities.
