Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, identifying potential markets, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of market research and sales strategy development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the building materials or industrial sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
