Overview of the role


The Sales Professional will sit in the Sales team and collaborate with a team of results-driven professionals who own and drive IBS Consulting’s revenue engine. This is not just another sales role. It’s a unique opportunity to represent the company with purpose, engage with ambitious professionals and students, and help them access transformative services that change lives. You'll take ownership of your sales pipeline, and contribute to the long-term growth of a fast-evolving company operating at the intersection of education and career development.

Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and engage potential clients, effectively positioning our services to meet their needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while consistently achieving revenue targets


  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and repeat business



  • Identify market opportunities and contribute to sales strategy development



  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies



Qualifications and Experience


  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills


  • A consultative sales approach, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs



  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a hybrid/remote environment



  • Experience in education consulting or career services is a plus but not required



  • Ability to sell to every demographic in USD pricing.
