Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Personnel to join our growing team in Kumasi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s range of products, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients regularly to demonstrate products, present samples, and take orders.
  • Schedule and arrange appointments with major potential buyers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of both company products and competitor's; offerings.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored product solutions, including technical details.
  • Negotiate prices, credit terms, and prepare sales contracts and order records.
  • Execute formal presentations and attend promotional events and product exhibitions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and budgets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through structured prospecting.
  • Monitor order processing, delivery, and collections to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on receivables while maintaining customer relationships.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to client product queries and service requests.
  • Offer suitable product selections and quotations based on customer needs.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by your manager.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in FMCG sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Valid Driving License “B” will be an added advantage.
  • Must be innovative, target-driven, and a team player.
