Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer at LEASAFRIC LOGISTICS GHANA LTD. in Accra. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary and a significant emphasis on monthly commissions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients within the target market.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries effectively.
  • Accurately track and report sales activities and progress using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications, technology, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.


Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary plus a highly rewarding commission structure.
