Sales Officer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Officer to join our team at Euro Homes Group. This role combines sales and customer service with the technical skill of taking precise measurements on-site. 

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell our furniture products to potential clients through various channels.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by the company through effective client engagement and sales strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Visit client locations to take accurate measurements for furniture placement and ensure the right fit for their spaces.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing client interactions, projects handled, and any follow-up actions needed.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

Conduct follow-up calls or visits to ensure client satisfaction and to encourage repeat business.

Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.

Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture or related industries.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of interior design principles is a plus.

Familiarity with measurement tools and techniques.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Ability to organize and present information effectively in reports.

Self-motivated with strong time management skills.

Must have a valid driver’s license, the ability to drive, and a willingness to travel to client sites.
