Sales Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals and targets.
• Identify and prospect potential clients, nurturing and building a strong sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customised solutions.
• Collaborate closely with teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Present product offerings to clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order fulfilment and customer support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Officer or in a similar sales role, preferably in a hotel or furniture manufacturing company.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven, passionate about sales.

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
