We are now searching for an enthusiastic, results-oriented, and experienced real estate sales and marketing manager to join our team. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and spearheading all sales, marketing and brand positioning strategies and initiatives in order to drive expected business and financial growth.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement all sales and marketing strategies and execution plans to achieve business goals.
- Develop a continuous and robust sales pipeline, from lead or prospect to sale.
- Drive the development of all required marketing materials.
- Plan, manage and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Manage the firm’s online presence and reputation through social media and SEO strategies.
- Periodically conduct primary, desktop and market research to identify opportunities for growth and strategy formulation.
Qualification/ Experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min. of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using Microsoft products to create presentations that include graphs,pictures, and charts.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
