Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Food Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the food industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive the growth of our food products.
- Minimum Qualification : HND

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share for the food products.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive product sales.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services continuously.
Qualifications:
- HND or Higher qualification.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ field experience - Sales background will have preference.
- Computer Skills - Microsoft office
- Age Criteria -( 25 - 35 Years)
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
