Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to existing clients, introducing new customers, managing sales orders, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Attend to existing clients and actively bring in new customers.
- Visit customers to take orders, discuss fabric choices, measurements, and design specifications.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Sales & Order Management:
- Market and sell showroom items, VVIP section items, gift vouchers, and loyalty cards.
- Ensure orders are accurately taken, processed, and delivered promptly.
- Collect payments for completed orders and ensure proper banking.
- Keep detailed records of all orders and update sales books accordingly.
Marketing & Promotions:
- Recommend alternative and innovative sales channels to drive revenue.
- Provide valuable customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings and sales events.
Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports.
- Liaise with the production manager and tailors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Communicate changes in orders, pricing, styling, and other specifications to customers.
Remuneration & Incentives:
- Commission on Sales: Earn a commission on all sales made within a month.
- Monthly Targets: Performance will be evaluated based on sales targets set for the first two months.
Mobile Credit & Data Allowance:
Monthly allowance provided for communication with clients.
Company Phone/Tablet:
- A company phone with an office line will be provided for official duties.
- A tablet preloaded with designs and product specifications for client presentations.
Company Car:
- A company car will be available for customer visits.
- If the candidate owns a car, a weekly fuel allowance of GH¢100 will be provided.
- If the candidate does not drive, a transportation allowance will be arranged.

Requirements:
- Must be female and presentable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or fashion retail is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
