Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Tema. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of Construction Equipment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
