Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of CSRs and Sales Agents, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and customers to ensure long-term business success.
- Monitor and report on team performance, sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Ensure that all sales activities are logged and tracked in HubSpot CRM for accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences, showcasing our products and services.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, team efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Sales Manager, leading teams of CSRs and Sales Agents.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience in stakeholder relationship management and business development.
- Proficient in CRM tools such as HubSpot and reporting on sales and financial data.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a growth mindset, always looking for learning opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or related roles.
