Job Summary

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of CSRs and Sales Agents to grow our customer base and achieve sales targets. You will provide leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on support to ensure your team’s success.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of CSRs and Sales Agents, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and customers to ensure long-term business success.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure that all sales activities are logged and tracked in HubSpot CRM for accurate reporting and follow-up.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences, showcasing our products and services.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, team efficiency, and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Sales Manager, leading teams of CSRs and Sales Agents.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience in stakeholder relationship management and business development.
  • Proficient in CRM tools such as HubSpot and reporting on sales and financial data.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude with a growth mindset, always looking for learning opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or related roles.
