Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Strategy & Planning. overall responsibility for the planning, budgeting and implementation of sales strategies for the acquisition of customers for various brands within the company’s portfolio.
- Lead Generation. Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Agents Management. Build and manage a network of agents as a primary distribution network for the company’s products and service. Regularly provide updated information to the agents, objectively assess their effectiveness and design appropriate incentive/reward mechanisms to motivate their performance.
- Managing Client Relationships. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Update customers on the products by demonstrating the features and how the products create or enhance the customer experience. Further keep customers informed on their accounts, anticipate and address their queries and concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Research and Reporting. Track sales performance and report on the effectiveness of sales strategies and efforts to Managing Director. Regularly scan the market and use the insights to inform contributions to product development for the various brands
- Product Development and Marketing. Collaborate with product development teams to understand and highlight product features and help marketing teams to create effective campaigns that resonate with current and potential customers.
- Documentation. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property details, and software sales
Job Specification
- Please apply if you have proven experience in sales across different verticals. You must be hyper- aware of marketing opportunities that are relevant and appropriate for our brands.
- Our preferred candidate will be an excellent networker and communicator and be highly proficient user of Microsoft Office product suite.
- You must be capable of working independently, but also as a team member, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field would be an advantage.
