Job Description/Requirements
As the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving Truscren’s growth by leading a high-performing sales team, setting KPIs, and developing strategies to increase market share in key regions. You will collaborate with various departments, from product development to customer support, ensuring we meet the needs of our B2B clients and continue delivering exceptional value.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team focused on driving revenue growth in existing and new markets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Truscren's presence in both current and new regions (including the UK, US, and Africa).
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
- Set clear sales KPIs, monitor team performance, and provide guidance to ensure targets are met.
- Provide regular feedback to the leadership team on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product offerings and market demands.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 3-5 years in sales management, preferably within the tech, mobile, or electronics industry.
- Proven Leadership: Experience leading and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of mobile repair, LCD screens, or related technologies is a plus.
- Sales Strategy Expertise: Strong background in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and teams.
- Analytical: Ability to monitor sales performance metrics and use data to drive decision-making.
- Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and understanding client needs.
