Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving sales targets, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, and drive revenue growth.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Team Management
1. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure sales targets are met.
2. Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to the business.
3. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to sales team members, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
Customer Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
2. Develop and execute account plans to penetrate new accounts, expand existing relationships, and increase sales revenue.
3. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Performance Management
1. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and sales team performance.
2. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
3. Develop and implement sales incentive programs to motivate and reward sales team members for outstanding performance.
Market Intelligence
1. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, using this information to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
Experience
1. Minimum 8 years plus of sales management experience, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
2. Experience in sales of Cylinders and Home Appliances, with a strong understanding of the market, customers, and competitors.
Skills
1. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
2. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Education
1. Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
