Job Summary
As a Sales Manager , you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and leading our sales team to ensure our clients receive the best possible service. Your primary focus will be to sell all remaining 21 apartments in our newest project, in 2023.

Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market conditions.
- Manage a high-performing sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, including potential new projects and markets.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to optimize sales processes and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Work closely with the COO to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Work with the sales team to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Ensure collections are made on time to ensure cashflow
- Ensure a minimum of 90% customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
SALES KPI
- KPI: Sales Revenue, Description: Total sales revenue generated by the sales team from selling apartments, Target: $4,800.000
- KPI: Sales Volume, Description: Total number of apartments sold by the sales team, Target: 15 sales in 2022 & 15 sales in 2023
- KPI: Conversion Rate, Description: Percentage of leads that turn into closed sales, Target: 5%
- KPI: Average Sales Price, Description: Average price of apartments sold by the sales team, Target: No less than 5% of the desired selling price
- KPI: Sales Cycle Length, Description: Average time it takes for a lead to become a closed sale, Target: 90 days
- KPI: Customer Satisfaction, Description: Average customer satisfaction score based on-sale surveys, Target: 90%
- KPI: Lead Generation, Description: Number of new leads generated by individual sales team members, Target: 50 per month
- KPI: Sales Activity, Description: Number of sales calls, emails, and meetings conducted by the sales team, Target: 20 per day
- KPI: Sales Pipeline, Description: Number of leads in the sales pipeline at any given time, Target: 50
- KPI: Referral Rate , Description: Percentage of new business generated through customer referrals, Target: 10%
- KPI: Upsell / Cross-Sell Rate, Description: Percentage of customers who purchase additional properties or services after their initial purchase, Target: 5%
