We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in the food industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the food industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving growth.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities/ Requirements:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s customer base.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback, coaching, and training as needed.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Must be resident within Tema or not too far from Tema.
- Experience in sales within the food industry, experience in frozen foods business is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years experience
- The role is both office and field work.
- Degree in marketing is a must.
