Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Management Trainees (Life Brokering Executive(s)/ Insurance Agents) at KEK Insurance Brokers Ltd. in Accra. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, account management, and training.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven track record in sales and account management
• Experience in training individuals or teams
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
