• Maintain the boutique’s visual presentation, ensuring displays are attractive and merchandise is organized.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and updating product displays.
• Participate in store events, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Ensure the boutique is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
• Idea of content creation on social Media platform.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
