Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide service recommendations.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve customer concerns.
- Actively engage customers to promote service and drive sales.
- Encourage customers to keep patronizing.
- Effectively communicate service information to customers.
- Implement strategies to attract customers.
- Participate in maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the Laundry.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods following company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including dress code and code of conduct.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- HND or Diploma equivalent.
- Should be Proficient in the English language with nice handwriting
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
