Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify new markets and potential clients.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through referrals, cold calling, and networking.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries and leads.
  • Maintain and update client information.


Negotiation & Closing Deals:

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present sales pitches and proposals.
  • Ensure smooth contract execution and post-sale follow-up to foster long-term relationships.


Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status.
  • Regularly report on sales performance against set targets.
  • Provide insights on sales performance and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data to understand key trends and improve overall sales effectiveness.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, able to convey ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A focus on delivering excellent service to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Sales-Driven: Motivated by targets, goals, and delivering results.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deals simultaneously.


Education & Experience:

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Achievement of sales targets and quotas.


Salary:

  • Consisting of a base salary plus commission or performance bonuses.
  • Provision for transport allowance.
