Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote and sell the company’s products or services to prospective customers.
Customer Engagement:
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Market Research:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify new opportunities in the market to expand the customer base.
Negotiation & Closing Sales:
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Sales Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share updates with the sales manager.
- Ensure timely processing of orders and delivery of products or services.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact effectively with customers.
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Strong ability to persuade customers and negotiate deals.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Sales Acumen: Knowledge of sales techniques, processes, and market dynamics.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
