Job Summary

The role is responsible for selling agricultural input and other products to distributors and dealers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth and market share. He/ She will possess a deep understanding of agricultural inputs and as well as strong sales and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Sales and Marketing:

  • Promote and sell agricultural products to distributors and dealers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand market share.


Customer Support:

  • Provide technical advice and support to customers on product usage and best practices.
  • Conduct field demonstrations, trials, and training sessions
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.


Market Intelligence:

  • Gather and analyze market data, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new technologies, and product innovations.


Sales Planning and Reporting:

  • Develop and execute sales plans, targets, and strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.


Product Knowledge:

  • Stay knowledgeable about products, features, benefits, and applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective sales and customer support.
