Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Accra. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of sales success and meeting targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong customer focus and relationship management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
