Job Description/Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Degree/ HND in Sales and Marketing or any social science discipline
  • Must have 2 years or more extensive experience in retail or cooperate sales
  • Must have a good understanding of private security services, manned guarding and technical services
  • Must have strong sales prospecting, negotiations, and closing skills
  • Must have good command of written and spoken English Language
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must be independent, performance-driven and ready to travel if need be
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with driving experience


Key Performance Areas Will Include But Not Limited To:  

  • Achieve sales targets for the allocated geographical area by pro-actively providing client with proposed guarding solution based on analyses of account / business while building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Achieve or better set sales targets on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Achieve or better maintain 50 cold and warm calls per week to deliver and agree minimum number of quotes per month
  • Weekly client appointments
  • Provision of competitive quotes for client consideration
  • Ensure strong long-term customer loyalty
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to customer on security needs and first point of call
  • Rely on existing clients for referrals and additional businesses
  • Establish and maintain client database
  • Develop proposals for presentation based on client needs
  • Demonstrate and understand the company brand, values, and promote the image of the business with clients
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be innovative
  • Must possess values of accountability, integrity, discipline, and commitment
