Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive located in Tema, with some work-from-home acceptable. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients, selling life insurance products, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating sales strategies, participating in sales meetings, providing customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Customer service and relationship management skills
- Sales strategy development and market research skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
- Knowledge of life insurance products and services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, HND, Diploma
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
