Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Actively generate and pursue new sales leads.
  • Engage leads through calls and emails, converting potential clients into committed buyers.
  • Client Engagement and Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, delivering a memorable and informative experience that showcases the unique qualities of our townhouses.
  • Sales Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring a seamless process for the client while meeting company standards.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity. Keep all necessary documentation organized and accessible.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer support by responding to client inquiries promptly and offering relevant, accurate information about properties and the buying process.
  • Documentation Assistance: Support clients with the completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation required for property purchases, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve overall sales targets and contribute to a supportive team environment.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and deliverables, helping the team reach collective goals through dedication and proactive efforts.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a similar role, with a proven record of closing deals and meeting sales targets or a Bachelor’s Degree with a passion for sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, inform, and build rapport with clients and prospects.
  • A dedication to providing exceptional customer service and building positive client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively, with the persistence to follow through on leads and finalize transactions
  • Ability to manage client records, documentation, and follow-ups in a detailed and organized manner.
  • Driven to meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Knowledge of the Accra real estate market, specifically luxury properties, is a plus
  • Flexibility to arrange and conduct property viewings based on client schedules, including weekends when necessary.
  • Ability to work cohesively within a team to achieve broader sales objectives.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales software is an advantage
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for documentation, scheduling, and communication.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license, with the ability to drive and access various property locations for client viewings
