Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive / Marketer with a proven track record in sales prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should be driven, independent, and capable of traveling if required. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction across your allocated territory.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Prospecting & Closing: Use strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills to convert potential leads into customers.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication with clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Effectively present, promote, and sell company services based on customer needs and the company’s offering.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Maintain a steady pipeline of cold and warm leads. Aim to make at least 50 calls per week and deliver a set number of quotes monthly.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct weekly client appointments to build relationships and address customer needs.
  • Proposals & Quotes: Prepare competitive quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Customer Loyalty: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Referrals: Leverage existing clients to gain referrals and additional business opportunities.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, with a strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and be self-driven to meet sales targets.
  • Must be willing to travel within the allocated geographic area for client meetings and other business needs.
  • A valid driver’s license with experience in driving is a plus.


Key Performance Areas

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Conduct a minimum of 50 cold and warm calls per week to generate quotes and sales opportunities.
  • Schedule and attend weekly client appointments.
  • Provide competitive quotes for clients and ensure long-term customer loyalty.
  • Establish a database of potential and existing clients for future business.
  • Demonstrate company values and build a strong, positive brand image with clients.
