Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels, including direct marketing, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients; financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance products.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, and terms to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.



Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree, Diploma, HND in any field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team to meet sales targets.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
