We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet the needs of individuals and businesses.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and other prospecting methods.
- Educate potential clients about various insurance products, including life, health, property, and auto insurance.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance policies.
- Prepare and deliver customized insurance proposals and quotations.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, policy updates, and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information in a CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales; experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Persuasive negotiation and closing abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Licenses/Certifications: Must hold or be willing to obtain the necessary insurance sales licenses as required by law.
