Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their knowledge of company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales for their employer. Their duties include developing sales pitches to sell products or services, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers and maintaining documentation of their sales like invoices or client contracts.

Job Description/Requirements
- Be knowledgeable about the product
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Answer questions about the products
- Negotiate prices, terms and prepare sales agreements
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Must be ready and available to travel outside Accra twice a week.
Requirement

- HND/ BSc in marketing and sales
- 2 – 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
- Proficiency in Excel, MS word software etc
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and organizational skills to keep track of activities and stay on schedule.
- Strong attention to details.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interact with clients and everyone professionally.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
