Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, secure and implement new business opportunities and strategies, promoting Brainwave’s comprehensive suite of technology solutions and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realised.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective planning and execution
• Liaise with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in providing clients solutions
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance updates to management.
• Generate, follow up and close up sales leads
• Prepare quotes, invoice, delivery notes, minutes and follow-ups (as required for specific business meetings)
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and develop tailored proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Oversee sales bid exercises
• Respond to request for quotations (RFQs) from clients
• Provide periodic sales reports
• Engage in continuous professional development
• Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position.
• Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience with an OEM
• Strong knowledge of the Ghanaian business landscape and market trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A passion for technology and its role in transforming businesses.
