Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Sales Executive role at StarLife Assurance. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, including prospecting, presenting products to clients, and closing deals. This role is based in Accra but allows for some work from home flexibility.


Qualifications

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
  • Customer Relationship Management and Persuasion skills
  • Market Research and Analysis skills
  • Experience in Life Assurance or Financial Services industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Diploma and WASSCE Certificate
  • Professional certification in Sales or Insurance is a plus
