Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Executive role at StarLife Assurance. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, including prospecting, presenting products to clients, and closing deals. This role is based in Accra but allows for some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
- Customer Relationship Management and Persuasion skills
- Market Research and Analysis skills
- Experience in Life Assurance or Financial Services industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Diploma and WASSCE Certificate
- Professional certification in Sales or Insurance is a plus
