Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth by discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, creating business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring the successful sale of our projects. A key focus will be facilitating the sale of all remaining units in current projects as well as selling new projects.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to potential clients.
  • Conduct a quarterly competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences to promote our projects.
  • Negotiate and close deals while handling any complaints or objections.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and potential customers.
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to optimize sales processes and ensure a robust customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure timely collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and meet sales targets.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams for improvement.
  • Strive for at least 90% customer satisfaction both internally and externally.


TARGETS AND KPIs:

  • Sales Revenue: Total sales revenue generated by the sales team from selling units.
  • Sales Volume per Sales Executive: Total number of units to be sold per month.
  • Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads that turn into closed sales.
  • Average Sales Price: Average price of units sold by the sales team.
  • Sales Cycle Length: Average time it takes for a lead to become a closed sale.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Average customer satisfaction score based on post-sale surveys.
  • Lead Generation: Number of new leads generated by individual sales team members.
  • Sales Activity: Number of sales calls, emails, and meetings conducted by the sales team.
  • Sales Pipeline: Number of leads in the sales pipeline at any given time.
  • Referral Rate: Percentage of new business generated through customer referrals.
  • Upsell / Cross-Sell Rate: Percentage of customers who purchase additional properties or services after their initial purchase.
  • Self-Development: Ensure you learn something new once per month and present to your team.
