Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Sales Assistant to support sales operations at our showroom in Community 18. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to walk-in clients, assisting with product inquiries, and representing the company at fairs and bazaars when needed. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage sales transactions efficiently.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service
- Welcome and assist customers when they walk into the showroom.
- Provide information on products, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure a pleasant shopping experience by maintaining a positive and engaging attitude.
- Handle customer inquiries and professionally resolve basic issues.
Showroom Management
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Arrange products neatly and ensure they are properly labeled.
- Monitor stock levels and report when restocking is needed.
Sales Transactions & Record-Keeping
- Process sales transactions using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system or manual records.
- Issue receipts and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Maintain records of daily sales and provide reports as required.
Participation in Fairs & Bazaars
- Represent the company at fairs, bazaars, and promotional events when scheduled.
- Set up and manage the sales booth at events.
- Engage with potential customers to promote and sell products.
General Support Duties
- Assist with packaging and tagging of products.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and suggestions for product improvement.
- Support management with any additional tasks related to showroom operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum SHS certificate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and special events.
- Must be residing in or near Community 18 for easy commute.
- Basic knowledge of handling sales transactions and cash is a plus.
