Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

• Identify and qualify prospective customers through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Relationship Building:

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

Sales Presentations:

• Present, promote, and demonstrate products or services effectively to prospective clients, clearly communicating their value.

Negotiation:

• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and other sales agreements to close deals that are beneficial for both the company and the customer.

Customer Service:

• Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, offering solutions to meet their specific needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Sales Targets:

• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prepare regular performance and market trend reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales role (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
• HND or Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and in a team
