As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Sales Driver to join our team and help grow our customer base.



Job Responsibilities



• Deliver and sell baby diapers and wipes to retail stores, wholesalers, and individual customers.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned sales routes.

• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Willing to follow established marketing strategies.

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to clients.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and customer interactions.

• Ensure the assigned vehicle is well-maintained and follows all safety regulations.



Qualification Required & Experience



Requirements



• Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or related products.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Basic computer literacy is an added advantage.

• Candidate must reside in and around Pokuase Mayera.



Salary: Competitive, with commissions



Location: Pokuase Mayera, Ghana
