Tap&Hop is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. This role will require an experienced Rep to manage and grow our customer base in KUMASI and surrounding areas.
We are looking for an experienced salesperson who understands the importance of stakeholder relationship management in achieving targets.
About the Role:
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to educate them on our product(s)
- Qualify those prospects to determine whether or not they’re a good fit for Tap&Hop
- Organise and take thorough notes on prospects in our CRM
- Learn our offerings inside and out and give demos on the best product(s) for good fit potential customers.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Report on area performance, actions/activities, market trends and competitor activity.
