You will drive sales and excellent service by assisting, engaging, and educating customers about the brand and its products.

Role Description
This is a full-time Sales and Customer Service Associate role at NAYA BY AFRICA's Retail Shop in Accra. The Sales and Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to customers who visit the store, as well as assisting with sales transactions and product inquiries. The Sales and Customer Service Associate will also ensure that the store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and provides an exceptional customer experience.
Job Description
Sales Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing customer-friendly service to help customers shop
- Managing customer orders and deliveries
- Managing customer requests, complaints and feedback and reporting to management
- Providing education and product recommendations to customers about skincare and NAYA products
- Ensuring that merchandise is in-stock and displayed on shelves.
- Using the point of sale (POS) system to conduct purchase transactions.
- Promoting and selling at various marketing events
- Team up with co-workers to plan in-shop marketing activities to improve sales and customer experience.
- Cleaning and organizing the shop daily.
- Making and wrapping gift packages for customers
- Assisting in product inventory management procedures
- Learn product information to cross-sell and upsell products to customers.
- Memorize in-store promotions and special offers in order to communicate to customers.
- Make suggestions on ways to improve sales and boost revenue.
Sales Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum education HND or bachelor’s degree
- Strong customer engagement and communication skills
- Proficiency in French is a plus
- Basic math skills
- Friendly, approachable personality
- Punctuality
- Ability to perform and sell under pressure
- Available to work weekends and/or holidays
- Available to work between 8am and 8pm
