Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result oriented Sales associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, consulting clients on ways to improve their sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for communicating with internal teams and external partners to coordinate sales efforts and provide consulting services. The role ensures that you will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Minimum three (3) years working experience, including at least two years of real estate or hard asset sales experience
  • Well demonstrated marketing abilities
  • Capacity to write, interpret and assess lease agreements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, including the willingness to listen, understand and engage the customer
  • Excellent English skills, oral and written
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with strategic sales planning, reporting and generation of leads
  • Develop sales and rental pipeline and execute and close sales & rental agreements consistent with targets for each development.
  • Work daily by showing and advising prospective clients on real estate product and service options that meets their needs and engaging site visitors and leading model home tours by demonstrating product and service knowledge and being a strong buyer advocate.
  • Manage, review & track rental/sales contracts, reference checks & related documentations.
  • Manage key sales & rental related activities, processes and experiences, including development viewing visits, site office sales, and all other on-site and off-site sales-related activities and events.
  • Use online profiling tools to enhance lead generation, contacting, follow-ups and conversion.
  • Provide input in sales and rental performance and tracking management system, including weekly and monthly target updates, current leads and remedies for shortfalls in targets
  • Support improvement and performance of service team and operations by identifying gaps and/or need for new talent or role changes.
  • Deepen relationships & network with all potential sales and rental channels’ providers, developers, clients, agents, institutions and partners to effectively convert deals and ensure regular referral
  • Engage effective with sales and rental system, database and customer relationship tools for leads, communication and conversion tracking.
  • Provide timely client and service information and analysis on service operations activities, promotions, processes and strategies for the team and members of other functions to assist general customer and client related activities
  • Generate targeted leads, sell minimum number of homes per month, and meet an ambitious sales and rental goal for the entire service function and team
  • Identify, organize and attend relevant networking events and sales/rental opportunity activities.
  • Organize, identify and support impactful sales & marketing campaigns and related activities such as collateral creation, housing fairs and activations, corporate sales research, rental targeting, presentations, property management, new business development and related client, customer and developer roadshows.
  • Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address client questions head-on.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
  • Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
  • Maintain sales records and provide quarterly sales reports.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer service to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
