Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential customers, including businesses, organizations, and government agencies that could benefit from Filly Coder’s software solutions.
- Develop a sales pipeline by researching industries, networking, and utilizing online and offline lead-generation strategies.
- Schedule meetings, product demos, and presentations with decision-makers.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Present and sell Filly Coder’s custom software solutions and IT services tailored to each client's needs.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements to close deals.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships until conversion.
Market Research & Business Development
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and client needs in Ghana.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaboration opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the Filly Coder team regarding potential areas for software development based on market demands.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and post-sale support.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and deal progress using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
- Participate in team meetings and strategy discussions to align sales efforts with business goals.
Marketing & Promotion Support
- Work with the marketing team to create awareness about Filly Coder’s solutions through online and offline campaigns.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote the brand and generate leads.
- Leverage social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn to engage potential customers.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in software, IT solutions, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with decision-makers.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in pursuing sales opportunities.
- Basic understanding of technology, software applications, and business operations.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and leads effectively.
Performance Metrics & Expectations
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Successfully close a set number of deals per month.
- Provide timely reports and sales updates to management.
- Actively engage in networking and relationship-building activities to grow Filly Coder’s client base.
Tools & Resources Provided
- Sales materials and product information.
- Training on Filly Coder’s solutions and sales techniques.
- Access to CRM tools and reporting templates.
- Support from the Filly Coder team for technical and pricing discussions.
Location: Accra
Salary Range: Base salary of GHS 1500 + 5% commission on sales
