Opportunity 1: Sales Representative – Education Sector (Digital Assessments & SIMS)

S4D Consulting is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to promote our cloud-based School Information Management System (SIMS) to primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions across Ghana.

What You’ll Do:
- Client Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Identify and engage public and private schools across Ghana
- Generate leads through school visits, cold calls, referrals, and digital outreach
- Solution Selling:
- Deliver tailored product demos suited to each school’s context
- Highlight SIMS features such as student records, finance, academic performance, communications, and analytics
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with school leadership, IT coordinators, and boards to understand their challenges and strategic goals
- Position SIMS as a critical digital transformation tool aligned with their vision
- Market Intelligence:
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends
- Share market insights to refine S4D’s offerings and sales approach
- CRM & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate sales records, leads, and deal progress in the CRM
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to management
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in EdTech or SaaS sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasive storytelling skills
- Understanding of education sector dynamics and school operations
- Tech-savvy, able to explain digital platforms clearly
- Results-oriented self-starter
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, ICT, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in educational sales or technology
- Ability to effectively engage with school decision-makers
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and school information systems

Opportunity 2: Sales Representative – Real Estate & Property Tech (SaaS PMS)
Do you have a passion for real estate and a keen eye for tech-driven solutions? S4D Consulting is looking for a results-oriented Sales Representative to lead the promotion of our Property Management Solutions, including both S4D’s proprietary SaaS PMS and the Zoho PMS solution, to real estate developers and property managers across Ghana’s growing property market.
If you are a B2B sales professional with a solid understanding of property workflows and the ability to manage technical discussions, we want to hear from you.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage real estate developers, property managers, and residential complexes
- Promote and sell S4D’s cloud-based PMS and Zoho-powered solutions
- Conduct assessments of property management workflows and pain points
- Lead product demonstrations, develop pricing proposals, and close contracts
- Support clients during onboarding and implementation phases
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, ICT, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in real estate, property tech, or software sales
- Strong communication skills and consultative selling ability
- Technical understanding of PMS platforms and familiarity with Zoho tools is an advantage

Opportunity 3: Sales Representative – Hospital Digital Solutions (Private Sector)
S4D is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Representative to lead the promotion and sales of our Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) and other end-to-end digital health solutions for private hospitals and specialty clinics in Ghana.
In this role, you’ll represent S4D’s hospital digitalization services—helping institutions optimize clinical workflows, improve patient experiences, and support seamless care delivery through our advanced, integrated digital platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and engage private hospitals, diagnostic centers, and medical groups
- Promote and sell comprehensive HIMS platforms covering admissions, EMRs, pharmacy, laboratory, billing, telehealth, inventory, and after-care
- Build strong relationships with hospital executives, administrators, IT managers, and clinical teams
- Tailor solutions to support data accuracy, operational efficiency, and continuity of care
- Deliver powerful demos that highlight workflow improvements and ROI for hospital leaders
- Stay current on Ghana’s private healthcare trends, insurance dynamics, and regulations
- Collaborate with internal product and implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Who You Are:
- Degree in Health Informatics, IT, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise software or medical technology sales
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and EMR systems
- Proven ability to engage both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Experience in Ghana’s private healthcare system is a major plus

Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Allowance: GHS 2,000 for work-related expenses
- Commission: Attractive percentage on successful contract value
- Expense Flexibility: The monthly cap may be exceeded with approval if additional spend is needed to pursue promising leads
- Performance Expectation: At least one viable sales lead should be generated within the first four months
