Job Summary
A tissue manufacturing company is recruiting sales & marketing officers. The staff will report to the marketing manager and is primarily responsible for the achievement of periodic sales targets and customer management towards optimizing our company’s market share. Candidates for this capacity must have high sales experience and knowledge, coupled with effective communication skills.

Job Description/Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Scout and develop new customer base.
- Fully responsible for the achievement of sales targets set for his team.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies.
- Ensures high product visibility and product acceptance in the assigned territory.
- Manage existing customer relationships.
- Create reports on marketing and sales activities.
- Report on competitors’ sales activities and market dynamics weekly.
- Assist with organizing promotional events.
Basic Requirements:
- HND or a higher degree in marketing or related sales & marketing experience.
- Sales experience in an FMCG company.

- Planning and organizational skills
Preferred locations for applicants: Kasoa, Tema, Ashaiman and any other regions outside Greater Accra.
Salary: GH 2,000 (negotiable)
