Sales and Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
•  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and establish partnerships.
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
• Provide feedback to the product development team on customer insights and suggestions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
