Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to drive our sales and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and driving strategies to grow sales and enhance brand visibility. This role also includes managing the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure effective customer engagement and retention.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
- Oversee timely delivery of products to customers.
- Develop strategies to enter new markets.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across channels.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain and grow client relationships.
- Manage the company’s CRM
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven success in sales and marketing, ideally in agribusiness or food industry.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
