Requirements
- Diploma in Security Management or related field
- SSWAE (Security Services Watchman Award Examination) certification
- WASSCE
- 5 years of experience in security operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Responsibilities
- Provide security services to the company and staff, including access control, patrolling, and surveillance
- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to alarms and incidents
- Conduct security checks and report any suspicious activity
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors
