Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to inform sales and marketing strategies
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in Oil & Gas and Mining Industry is preferred
- Professional certifications such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other digital marketing certifications are a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a general trading or E-commerce company
- Familiarity with mechanical lubricants, automobile and industrial supplies, marine and industrial technical consumables, oil spillage control kits, professional electronic equipment, and commercial kitchen equipment
- Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Desirable Skills
- - Ability to create Sales Lead
- - Knowledge of influencer marketing and experience with identifying and partnering with influencers in the industry
