Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for managing a set client portfolio including for all aspects of account management:
- Ensuring repeat business and developing new business for rooms, conferencing & events and Food & Beverage and rate negotiation
- Maintaining client profiles credit, payment and managing complaints.
- Maintain full potential analysis and strategic plan of all relevant accounts
- Achieve all sales activity targets as agreed in the sales action plan
- Attend sales trips, exhibitions and functions representing the hotel
- Ensure timely and professional follow up with all assigned clients for all administrative requirements
- Good communication must be in place with all Operational and back of house departments to ensure guests smooth operations, timely response and guest satisfaction.
- To support colleagues in the Sales and Marketing Teams at all times in order to protect the interest of the hotel and ensure quality service for guests and potential customers
- To stay informed of market and competitor changes
- To act as an ambassador for Coconut Grove Hotels and cross sell all brands in all locations as relevant to your client requirement

Knowledge & Qualification:
- A first degree in hotel management
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years work experience

- Must be charismatic and a good sales person
